- "Client" or "You" refers to the individual or entity renting equipment or services
- "Equipment" refers to all audio, video, and production equipment available for rental
- "Rental Period" is the agreed timeframe during which equipment is rented
- "Services" include equipment rental, podcast studio access, filming services, and production assistance
3. Services Offered
SkinnRhizo provides the following services:
- Professional audio equipment rental (microphones, mixers, recorders, etc.)
- Video equipment rental (cameras, lighting, stabilisers, etc.)
- Podcast studio rental and facilities
- Interview and production filming services
- Technical support and consultation
- Equipment delivery and collection (subject to availability and additional charges)
4. Booking and Reservations
4.1 Booking Process
- All bookings must be made through our website, email, or phone
- Bookings are subject to equipment availability
- A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of payment or deposit
- We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion
4.2 Booking Confirmation
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive:
- A booking confirmation email with rental details
- Equipment list and specifications
- Collection/delivery arrangements
- Invoice and payment confirmation
5. Pricing and Payment
5.1 Pricing
- All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT unless stated otherwise
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- The price applicable is the price confirmed at the time of booking
- Additional charges may apply for delivery, late returns, and damage
5.2 Payment Terms
- Payment is required in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed
- For corporate clients, payment terms may be negotiated (typically 30 days from invoice)
- A security deposit may be required, refundable upon safe return of equipment
- We accept payment via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and approved online payment methods
5.3 Late Payment
Late payments may incur interest charges at a rate of 4% above the Bank of England base rate, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
6. Equipment Rental Terms
6.1 Rental Period
- The rental period begins when equipment is collected or delivered
- Equipment must be returned by the agreed return time
- Late returns incur additional daily rental charges
- Extensions must be requested and approved in advance
6.2 Equipment Collection and Return
- Valid photo identification is required for equipment collection
- Equipment must be collected and returned during business hours unless otherwise arranged
- All equipment must be returned in the same condition as provided
- Packaging and accessories must be returned with the equipment
6.3 Client Responsibilities
As the Client, you agree to:
- Use equipment in a safe, proper, and responsible manner
- Follow all manufacturer guidelines and safety instructions
- Not modify, repair, or tamper with equipment
- Not sub-rent or lend equipment to third parties
- Keep equipment secure and protected from theft, damage, or loss
- Use equipment only within the United Kingdom unless prior written consent is obtained
- Report any defects, malfunctions, or damage immediately
Important: You are responsible for the equipment from the moment of collection until its safe return to SkinnRhizo.
7. Damage, Loss, and Liability
7.1 Client Liability
You are liable for:
- Any damage to equipment during the rental period (excluding normal wear and tear)
- Loss or theft of equipment
- Full replacement cost if equipment is irreparably damaged or not returned
- Loss of rental income during repair periods
7.2 Insurance
- Clients are strongly advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage
- Equipment hire insurance may be available at additional cost
- Clients must provide proof of insurance if requested
7.3 Our Liability
While we maintain equipment to high standards:
- Equipment is provided "as is" and we make no warranties regarding fitness for specific purposes
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages
- Our total liability is limited to the rental fee paid
- We do not accept liability for production delays, lost footage, or failed recordings
8. Cancellations and Refunds
Please refer to our separate Refund Policy for detailed information regarding cancellations and refunds. Key points include:
- Cancellations made 7+ days before rental: Full refund minus 10% administration fee
- Cancellations made 3-6 days before rental: 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 3 days before rental: No refund
- Cancellations due to equipment malfunction: Full refund or alternative equipment
9. Delivery and Collection Services
9.1 Delivery Terms
- Delivery and collection services are available for an additional fee
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
- Someone must be present to receive and sign for equipment
- Delivery addresses must be within our service area
9.2 Failed Deliveries
If delivery fails due to client unavailability or incorrect address information, additional charges will apply for re-delivery attempts.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1 Website Content
All content on skinnrhizo.com, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of SkinnRhizo and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
10.2 Client Content
Content created using our equipment or facilities remains your intellectual property. We may request permission to use samples for marketing purposes, subject to your approval.
11. Privacy and Data Protection

12. Studio and Facility Use
When using our podcast studio or production facilities, clients must:
- Respect scheduled booking times
- Leave facilities clean and tidy
- Not exceed maximum occupancy limits

- Report any damage or issues immediately
- Not engage in illegal or inappropriate activities
13. Technical Support
- Basic technical guidance is provided free of charge
- Extended technical support may be available for an additional fee
- On-site technical assistance can be arranged subject to availability and cost
- We cannot guarantee uninterrupted technical support availability
14. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
- Natural disasters, severe weather, or acts of God

- Strikes or labour disputes
- Failure of suppliers or utilities
15. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services and require immediate return of equipment if:
- Terms and Conditions are breached
- Equipment is misused or endangered
- Payment obligations are not met
- False information was provided during booking
No refund will be provided for terminated rentals due to client breach.
16. Dispute Resolution
16.1 Complaints
We are committed to customer satisfaction. If you have a complaint:

- We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours
- We aim to resolve complaints within 14 days
16.2 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the total rental fees paid by the client
- Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence
- Nothing excludes liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
19. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
20. Entire Agreement
